the only reason she suffered was because she didn't mach either Tebaldi's wonderful voice or Callas's art.

Do you have the Preiser recording from the early 50s of Aida w/ Borso, Mary Curtis Verna and Ettore Bastianini?
Was originally a low-budget disc on the Remington label. Good sound. Borso is great. His only studio recording.
There is a live Manon Lescaut of him and Magda Olviero from about 14 years later. He sounds terrible on that.

U wouldn't happen 2have Borso singing Celeste Aida? He's 'nother Melocchi tenor that I like. I'd love 2C more of him:) Anything! He's an amazing Spinto/Dramatic! Actually, the 1 I've been lookin' 4 4quite some time now is any live video of my 2nd favorite tenor of all time: Flaviano Labo:) I know there's a live Tosca from Japan w/him & Kabaivanska I think on 9/24/73! I've just never seen him "live!" Daniele Barioni would B great too. He also has no live video I've seen:( Hey, how 'bout Gismondo?
