The United States Marine Corps has been America's Quick Reaction Force since 10 November 1775, when the Continental Congress authorized the formation of two battalions of Marines, in order to aid in the coming fight against the British Crown.

Marines have always answered the Nation's call, and have given their lives selflessly and valiantly for our Country, without asking for anything in return. The Army may win our Nation's wars, but we couldn't do it without the Marines, who win our Nation's battles.

I dedicate this video to every Marine who ever wore the Globe and Anchor, and to those Marines who do so today...SEMPER FI!

The magnificent musical piece is called "Freedom", and it is the creation of Michael W Smith...ENJOY AND SUBSCRIBE!! };-)

“The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!” ~Eleanor Roosevelt

  • @detroit20081 well said brother, i love my country and would fight by you any day, semper fi

  • USMC is represent a group of best young men and women our nation has to offer. To be Marine,it's not only what you do for living. It's a commitment.Marines dedicate them self to god,our nation and the corp. They serve with honor and selfless. When there no one want to fight, someone need to know now and willing to do it.Marine's are willing to do it,they stand up to fight for our freedom.JFK said,is not what your country can do for you?But ask yourself what you can do for your country?

  • Many thanks Army for the tribute, brought a smile.

Semper Fi dogs and Mr. Moran great comment. I'm not up on my latin but your statement is very appropriate.
