Well that sucked...

Why can't there be good damage on racing games? I was hoping Forza 3 would bring in great damage, but it's no more than scratches and dents. I thought maybe GT5 would bring it, but the damage in that is even worse than Forza 3's!

A simulator isn't just the driving physics! You need to have all factors, including damage! Because without damage you can just drive around like a retard and using other cars as breaks and still win! Why can't devs just put real damage in games?

@zlee415 You do realize that the reason they don't have crash damage like that on Forza is because car companies demand certain things to allow people to put their cars in a game. Usually they demand that their cars retain a certain level of structural integrity, so it's not the programmers fault. GTA doesn't have licensed cars so they can do whatever they want with them. Plus good damage modeling doesn't make a good game. It's about the driving physics. GTA isn't bad but Forza is owns it there.

@Anoush13 I tottally agree with you mate. They still haven't made a perfect racing game for the new generation consoles. I got a PS3 I always liked sony most. But so far i have to say Forza is better than GT5. Look at GT5. Even TOCA RACE DRIVER 3 for Playstation 2 had a better and funnier damage system and it was playstation 2

@Anoush13 There is damage. Simulation is a simulation of the damage you will get. It is possible to fuck up your suspension and blow your engine on simulation mode.
