@maciejadams ok, well u don't have to keep ur back fully to the car, and keep in mind that when some one is coming to rape or do what ever, they probably won't do it in a public place like a super market, and if they did it would probably be at late hours, when there is not much people around, so yea you if ur a woman alone at those hours it's better to keep looking around all the time.

better off telling her to keep a can of spaghetti in her hand at all times... so she can pulverise his face... Would it be more effective if she twisted to the left and elbowed him in the face...(after very minimal KM trainnig thats what Id try and do.) then followed it up with the spaghetti can, threw him in the car and rpaed his ass with a cucmber from her shopping bag... lol. and stuff the reciept up there for police ID... ok can you imagine people acting like that while loading their cars at the supermarket lot? please you can't look around all the time, she basically didn't even look into the trunk while putting the stuff inside
