If it is possible to be 100% VEGAN, please tell me how you do it.
You're awesome. Please enlighten me :-)
For those of you not related to the term VEGAN:
VEGANISM is a philosophy and lifestyle that seeks to exclude the use of animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose.
The most common reasons for becoming a vegan are ethical commitment or moral convictions concerning animal rights, the environment, human health, and spiritual or religious concerns. Of particular concern are the practices involved in factory farming and animal testing, and the intensive use of land and other resources required for animal farming.

soy milk is not good for you..at all. for one is acid forming to the body. stay away from processed food. to veg/vegen you must educate your self about nutrition. if you get the majority of your cals from processed food and fat your health will suffer! ~ theirs nothing wrong with a wool jumper!! :) nothing at all!! :D

@steph4691 people who mutilate the sheep are not all right but small farmers who shear sheep to keep them comfortable and then use the wool are not hurting anything. I'd rather have clothes with materials provided from local wool providers than cotton or polyester made from little kids in overseas sweatshops.

It's pretty simple to be vegan you know.....I don't by food that has the "ingridients" sign on them. I was a raw food vegan too( 80/10/10 diet) it was great just a bit too expensive in my country.
I cook all my food at home rom ingridients I bought. But I try to eat as much raw food as I can. Also don't starve yourself, count your calories if you have to make sure you eat enough, hope this helps a bit.

yeah it is tough. but when in doubt, eat it anyway. i am a vegan that eats honey and eggs. so... not a vegan. but i also feel that if i ever have the balls enough to kill my own animals in a starvation situation, then i would eat it with no problems... again... not a vegan. but i do understand the basics of primates. apes and monkeys still eat 3% or so animal life in the wild and so it's ok to eat meat. i just stay away from over processed junk. good luck with your quest. to each his own. :)

@UtubeCanEatMyDick Well, basically no cereals or potatoes. We are not used to it. Men started eating these things just recently and our pancreas can't handle it.

@mymay84 white rice perhaps? anything WHITE (refined) is not good. white refined enriched bleached flour, crackers salt sugar rice you name it. also watch out for GMO's (genetically modified) if its gmo soy, veggies or whatever that causes problems. anything TAMPERED with causes problems. same for herbicides and pesticides in the food. go 100% organic or grow your own.
