@Konekodesune I like cracking joints and such so I did that to myself when I was really young. I am still addicted to it and after doing that, I always felt unstable
I was finally able to figure out I had this problem because of the way I had been treating it myself.
My usual "technique," because this happens quite often, is to have the bottom of my right foot facing me and I grab with both hands and twist clockwise as hard and fast as I could until I'd hear it pop.
Since this first occurred when I was 13, it hadn't occurred to me that what I was doing was potentially hazardous. It was just a "weird" (extremely painful) problem I had with my foot... :/
