After twenty-four hours on the road by rental car, trolley and bus, the motley crew is glad to arrive in Ensenada, Mexico. They search out the best fish taco stand in Ensenada, do some sight seeing and have a BAAAAD plate of nachos while listening to mariachi music before heading back to the hostel (Ensenada Backpackers - http://www.ensenadabackpacker.com/) for some much needed sleep.
The MEN are starting to realize they're not going to see their wimmens for three weeks and may not even be in touch by email or phone for a while. The David Gray song, "Babylon" sorta fits the mood and the feeling of separation at this early point in "The MAN Trip".
Ensenada was a very pleasant layover spot... a nice place to rest up and recharge old MAN batteries before heading down the length of the Baja on a twenty hour bus ride.
