well put out. its the same in america. prisoners cant vote. but even tho in the constitution, there is nothing that says prisoners cant vote. its ammended so women and people of color can vote, but nothing that says prisoners cant vote. as soon as you turn 18 in the U.S, you can vote. but just because you served prison time, does that make it right to take someones civil liberties away? 2.2 million are in U.S. prisons right now. that number can make all the difference for every national election
