  • I don't think I'd notice much of a difference to be honest. Not unless my shoes were made out of steel.

  • he doesn't use his legs enough on the eccentric phase, there's hardly any hip flexion to begin with. that's the trouble with demonstrating exs like these with too light a weight

  • i see no point in deadlift really it seems like NO one knows how to do them every one has a different way of doing it. Its dumb should callm back breakers thats all there good for

  • @IWannaGetRipped Their called DEADlifts for a reason. You're supposed to lift the weights off the ground each time.

  • IWannaGetRipped`s comments shows he knows jack shit about deadlifts. (You unload on every rep with deadlifts. That`s deadlifts 101 bro.) Though maybe he`s learned something in the last month.

  • To wide between his feet in my opinion

  • this guy is shit at deadlifts. It's proven better to make sure that when you go down, that your weights dont touch the ground.

  • so if i do this with that much weight ill look just like him??? HELL YEA!!!!

  • BREATHE MAN BREATHE

  • @sooupdragon Perhaps, but this video was for demonstration purposes, not for showing off.

  • lifting on plywood with no shoes is a serious splinter waiting to happen.
