he doesn't use his legs enough on the eccentric phase, there's hardly any hip flexion to begin with. that's the trouble with demonstrating exs like these with too light a weight

this guy is shit at deadlifts. It's proven better to make sure that when you go down, that your weights dont touch the ground.

lifting on plywood with no shoes is a serious splinter waiting to happen.
Deadlift after squats is the best exercise for harmstrings and glutes..Check out my 135 lbs deadlift video!
