The Seed of Life is an ancient symbol that represents among other things, the Seven Days of Creation. It is an incredibly powerful symbol for Balance and Healing.

In this video you will be taken through the simple steps towards drawing a Seed of Life. This symbol is an excellent base for building more complex mandalas and Sacred Geometric patterns
