The film did not do well at the box office - partly due to being released on the same weekend as the Live Aid concert - but it did better in video rentals, and has since gained a cult following.

Another classic from the summer of '85. Actually the whole year was good for movies. You had this, Back To The Future, Goonies, Young Sherlock Holmes, Gotcha!, Weird Science, Fright Night, Breakfast Club, Witness....the list goes on and on.
