Check that the base has a decent down dog, fully spread fingers, hip distance feet, external rotation of the upper arm etc.
The flyer plants their hands directly in front of the base's (with a commitment to keep the arms straight), most of the weight is in the hands as you gently step one foot(arch) on to you flyers HIP at a 45 degree angle(toes pointing out), try and keep your knees high and wide as a flyer. Think light, use soft feet.
As a flyer be mindful not to over arch the lumbar spine(as is my tendancy in this video) think about keeping the low ribs in the body, reaching the tailbone away(lengthening the low back), to draw in the lower abdomen creating uddiyana bandha:)
