The Execution of Mary Stuart is a short film produced in 1895. The film depicts the execution of Mary, Queen of Scots.
The one-minute-long film was produced by Thomas Edison and may have been the first film in history to use trained actors, as well as one of the first to use editing for the purposes of special effects. The film shows an uncredited, blindfolded actress (playing Mary) being led to the execution block. The executioner raises his axe and an edit occurs during which the actress is replaced by a mannequin. The mannequin's head is chopped off and the executioner holds it in the air as the film ends.

Well thank you for the unwarranted grammar lesson CR4TES!!... Although you failed to point out my "obvious" mistake, which was "momentarily confusing" Mary Stewart for the Queen. CR4TES, there are two concepts in creative righting I'm going to "teach you".
Judeaous 2 months ago
The first is.... "knowing your audience"..... If I were addressing "Queen Elizabeth",... my grammar would be more..."Politicly correct"..whereas for "you tube" readers,.... some grammar can be "sacrificed" to give our "righting style" a bit of "panache"..... This technique is referred to as
"Leaving the box".

CR4TES, look not on this "verbal spanking" with distain, but as a "tool of reference perhaps! One you can reflect back upon in future postings so as not to come off sounding not unlike that of an "inane drone", as in your boring reply to me. Good Luck 4 the future, and happy holidays to all.

@Judeaous ~ A "pun" is, by definition, a play on words, which is absolutely not what you were doing; moreover, "ungifted" is not a hyphenated word, and-- read slower with more concentration, here-- you use too much punctuation, lack basic grammar skills, and opt to abbreviate a six-letter word as if you're texting one of your eleven year old friends.
After practicing some "contextual comprehension" on your comment-- that which actually WAS comprehensible, at least-- I'd say yes; you are stupid.

I'm Stupid!!!! Me stupid!! I'm a dunce!!! .... Anyone with a couple of brain cells can figure out..... That my post was making a "pun" as to the validity of the film. The real Elizabeth Died centuries b4 this film!! (Although great vintage old footage to watch)..... Now for the mentally un-gifted....... Practice your contextual comprehension!! "" Read slower with more concentration,""" therefore when replying to a post, .""".. THE WORLD DOES NOT HAVE TO BE MADE AWARE OF A YOUTH SPE

Hmm fake!! Not!! It's real!! What is fake is her beheading in 1598... (I think that's the year?) at the hands of Queen Elizabeth. She
Really lived another 297 years, then to be executed on this old footage for everyone to see !!!!
