Line 6 M9 - Attempted HOG Freeze Gliss Setting

Okay, so there really is no touching this effect, but I had an idea and wanted to try it. Obviously the M9 is not polyphonic, and also it is limited in the amount of harmonies that can be added, the same with the m13. This is just a 5th and an octave above. The effect is less of a portmanteau and more of a glissando effect, as the chords don't really change from one to the other. With the next chord coming in while the reverb is 100% wet, it sort of sounds like it blends from one to the other while the volume swells too, but it just isn't the same. However, there is no harm in trying.

Nice work; thanks for the post. Have you heard Brian Eno's "Music For Airports"? It's got to be my all time favorite ambient recording. I just picked up a used M9 on eBay and can't wait to try it out.

that would be a sweet effect with like an Ebow or something too. It's definitely not the sound you would get from the HOG, but its sounds awesome! nice work :)
