The Nike Lunar HyperWorkout+ shoe captures reps, NikeFuel and calories and transmits that information to a user's phone in real time. Each athlete features his or her own drill pack, which provides challenges and daily workouts guided by that particular athlete. Training is about to change.

tuck jumps are meant to strength the abs, the height isn't as important

She really isn't jumping that high. It's a tuck jump which is mainly lifting your legs, which makes it seem as though she jumps high. If you watch her shoulders, they don't move all that much. The jump isn't unrealistic, especially for an olympic caliber athlete.

in shape? dud im 6'0 180lbs, i ran track, played football in high school, play flag football, run miles weekly, i pride myself in staying in shape as i grow older, dont get me wrong allyson is a great athlete she can prolly jump high but she isnt slightly bending her knees & to jump that high with no knee bending is unreal because your strength comes from your legs when jumping and you must bend your knees at some type of angle to achieve a certain height!!--continued-->>>

I am confused how would one fake a video of Allyson Felix jumping especially Nike who is running a international advertisement campaign. Please think before you type, and if you where in shape you would realize that it is indeed possible to jump like that. That is all!!!

shoe might be real but this video is fake as fuk no way someone can jump that high without squatting first , she's just jumping while standing up...gtfoh allyson is fast and all but make a real video of her!!
