@docherty ???? NO! Disk-Brakes are mounted on the Left and You HAVE to use disk-brakes. There isn't much point in creating a "Righty" if there aren't any brakes to fit it now is there.
Again No to counter-balancing weight. The principle is that you can make a single pole of a large diameter, stronger than two poles of smaller diameters for the same weight. Due to the fact that it is the circumference of a pole that gives it its strength.

cannondale will never make a righty . the whole reason for the lefty is to counter balance the group set on the real wheel as thats mounted on the right side of the bike .

there are aftermarket brackets to make it a righty

I have had mine for about a month, so not a long time to give it a review but I put it through some pretty tough stuff already and it performed great. If you don't look down you would never know it is single sided.
