tower beach...cleaned those chalets! sitting on hessian sacks to go down the helter skelter, the vic hotel, drank there many a night, scala having to leave half way through carrie, and i am sure that morris 1100 belonged to a lovely lady i used to work with in the 70's.  born in prestatyn 1960, finally left in 1981, lots of rellies still there. fond memories.

i used to live in wales now moved to walsall all i can say is i miss the mountains the sea and just the welsh air cant wait to go back soon prestatyn will always be in my heart

went there in march for a few days, had to say the people where sooo friendly, made me realise just how much more friendly people are up there rather than london where I live. Sure, visually it might not be the most exciting place in the in the British isles, but you can't beat the people. I'm hoping to return in the future, I really enjoyed it there!

I grew up in Prestatyn 1944 and left in about 1964, one of the best place to grow up in in those days , mountains and sea and lots to explore

A good video of Prestatyn history, I was looking out for Tony's Motorcycles which was near the top of high street in the mid 1970s but didnt spot it.
