Kira Weimaraner Puppy Tricks 10 weeks

Kira is 10 weeks old and knows plenty of tricks already. She learns using the marker method, which is gentle and fun for us both. We're using the book by Chalcy and Kyra Sundance called 101 Dog Tricks for trick ideas and the Leerburg marker method article for training technique. She also just started a puppy class at PetSmart, where we're working on socialization and other fundamentals that would be hard to get at home.

Great video. I have a 4 month old Weimaraner who is learning pretty well. However, having another dog who is 10 years old makes training a little bit hard. But I enjoy teaching her as much as she enjoys learning. Keep it going.

Thanks for the video and letting us know what training techniques you used. Your pup is beautiful, I'm picking up my 3-month old male Blue Longhaired Weimaraner (Jasper) this weekend so I think I'm gonna grab that 101 Dog Tricks book. You have such a good, obedient puppy.

Oh my gosh, she is so cute!!! I love her peekaboo. That's amazing what you've taught her in just 2 weeks. She's going to be ready for the big time in 6 months. Looking forward to watching her grow up!
