This video parodies a set of AT&T ads directed by filmmaker Wes Anderson. There are a number of clips taken from the original Star Wars trilogy. We argue that the use of Star Wars characters and footage constitutes Fair Use under copyright law because the work is a clear parody. The use of the AT&T trademark is also a fair use under trademark law.

  • yip... exceptionally crappy!!

  • @Steveos312 Yeah, however anyone under 30 probably wouldn't remember how awesome it was to watch star wars without knowing the plot twists until they hit you with them. "Luke, I am your father!"

  • I don't trust young people. You were too young to know that the ATT (Wireless) wasn't the same ATT (American Telephone & Telegraph and the Bell System) when it was broken up in 1984...can't trust anyone under 30 anymore.

  • evil despotic corporation I think he called it...

  • That was amazingly shitty and nerdly.

  • Riiiiiiiiiight.

  • Commercial's okay, but the logo ROCKS!

  • sucked

  • did you forget to pay a bill, tell us all the reason why you don't like them...

  • That was funny! Loved the part with Obi-Wan. Yeah, why *doesn't* he just get a girlfriend or something?
