Phoenix Feathers Nail Design (using Finger Paints Special Effects!!)

Open Me...Hi Everyone! Here is a fun and colorful nail design. I've been wanting to do nail design from the mythological Phoenix bird/feathers for the longest time and since the Finger Paints special Effects polishes came out... I thought it would go perfect for this design. The flakies in the polish
give a mysterious effect to the feathers peeking through. This will go great on long or short nails. You can put as many feathers you
can fit on your nails. This design can also be change to look like peacock feathers!! Your choices are endless!! Yay!!
