This is me landing in Denver on May 4, 2011 on Southwest Airlines Flight 847 from St. Louis. This particular Boeing 737-300 was fitted with winglets. The winds were so strong that the plane bounced, then landed on one wheel (right main) and skidded along the runway for a bit, causing the massive vibrations seen in the video. Sorry if the quality is low and for the shaking. I was doing my best to hold my iPhone 3GS steady during the turbulence. I had full permission of the flight crew to film the landing. Enjoy!
You call that rough? I took an Il-86 flight from Moscow's SVO to Heathrow and we jumped over the runway 3 or 4 times, that didn't look nearly as rough... Maybe the video doesn't do it justice...

A smooth landing in Denver is rare. That area usually has very strong gusty winds.

Yeah that was odd. Can't say I've ever landed like that and had that kind of vibration. Cool video. Thanks for posting!
