Seattle's up-and-coming techno superstar Lucky Princess follows up her hit debut "Deadbeat Boyfriend" with her 2nd single "Text Me Too Much", produced by Pete Ellison from Disko Warp (Producer of Fright Ranger's hit "Oh Oh Oh Sexy Vampire")!! Bringing the "Hyper Techno" sound of Tokyo clubs to the U.S.A., this tune about communication woes in the digital age is a throwback to the classic rave era circa 1991.

  • @KuronekoxAlchemist LP lives in Seattle! Maybe you'll catch her there some day

  • Dear Pete,

I forgot how amazing this is...

    Still loving it.

    Love

    Javier

  • @SEPHour <3

  • I always wonder how you found the clothes... I mean... o_o Where would you find clothes from back in the day?

I mean.. my grandmother keeps like EVERYTHING so all my mom's clothes from the 80's is still there in her house... XD I mean....that guy.. his shirt.....

His eyes! o_o Can't stop staring

  • @SugoiAsano Everything you see in the video actually came from Lucky Princess's personal collection :) We had a stylist and make up artist on staff for the video shoot, but she brought all her own clothes. I think Yode is wearing her clothes too.

  • DiskoWarp started off by being just Cool.

    Now they're Awesome. :D

  • @SirGregarious I think people are not getting that the "bad" styliing of the video is a purposeful aesthetic quality that we chose. The song, as well as the video, are an homage to 1989-1991-era acid house & techno music videos. Watch Technotronic's "Pump Up The Jam" and Stevie V's "Dirty Cash" and you will understand :)

  • she looks like kesha.

  • I like the music, but.... you capture the music video style too much that I can't even watch the visual. XD Still like the beat though and although I'm not too fond of the lyrics themselves, they are quite humorous because we know it's true~ lol

  • @SenzuriChampion diskowarps gonna be here for ever! even after there are real ufo catchers!

  • @SenzuriChampion Wtf does that mean? Disko Warp is here for LIFE
