With the recent firing of John Ferguson Junior, hiring of interim General Manager Cliff Fletcher and trade rumors a buzz, a lot is going on off the ice for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

On the ice however, nothing has changed for Leafs captain Mats Sundin. • I have only one thing to say about Sundin . He gave his heart and soul to the team and at the end we screwed him ... say what you want but this is how it happend .. take care .

  • I keep repeating myself here .. Yeah he did make millions with the Leafs but lets not forget the organization made alot of money selling out seats every game to see this man play .. wake up and smell the coffee .. sundin was dedicated to us but we treated him like shit at the end .. enough said ..

  • if anything he screwed us by refusing to be traded away. We could've got something back in a trade, everyone knew he was going to leave at the end of the year so why not accept a trade and help the leafs future if he loved the leafs so much? I appreciate what he did for the leafs and I respect him but his final move as a leaf was a douche move.

  • i love the guy but..."we screwed him"?

he left as a free agent when asked to be traded and give something back..

  • What happend with him and toronto ?

  • i think i was at this game, first time i ever saw the leafs win a game

  • @supercooled LOL!!! Same! And before that, I was watching datsyuk light him up. Lol.

And before that, Malik puttin' it upstairs in that shootout.

6 videos in a row of Kolzig getting lit up lol.

  • Poor Kolzy. I just came from a video where Sundin scored 2 goals on him in a span of 11 seconds.

  • @beyourself03 Right, because slaves collected a cool $100 million in salary and endorsements.

  • @AftComet That's also how slave owners worked too back in the day.

  • @beyourself03 Yes. That's the way the corporate world works.

  • @AftComet So to you, players are commodities. Not people. And they have no right to choose what to do or where to play after their contract is over. And, to you, if they perform well for 13 years they're amazing, but if this commodity doesn't act the way you want him to act, he should be hated. Got it. Thanks.
