@boo2277 VIA has leased 4 ex-GO F59PH locomotives (now RRPX) to fill the void created by their current rebuild program. The F40s are being rebuilt, and they have money to upgrade the P42s as well, so with the ex-GO locos, they can put more locos into the rebuilding program, and still keep some spare motive power on the roster. It sure makes for some interesting looking consists!
