@Ryguy1450 people cannot hear me but i can hear them, it says it is trying to call for 5 minutes, to no avail.
try to get help from the tech support team and they pretty much tell you to fuck off
maybe 60% of my calls are lost due to magic jack, its a great idea... the product is horse-shit.
the audio is crap, and it drops more calls then the verizon network
