I was just annoyed that it took him 5 damn minutes to even come out and hear what a citizen had to say. You shouldn't have had to go through all that back and forth with the gal behind the desk. Once you said you wanted to talk to the Sgt, she should have called him and he should have came right out - end of story - no questions needed.
