Just a ten minute drive away from Larnaca International Airport and the town centre and a five minute drive away from the local blue flag beaches, this charming location has all you will need for a memorable stay and offers visitors a full range of local amenities.

These include a 24 hour convenience store, chemist, internet cafe, children's Luna Park, supermarkets, banks, bakery, petrol station, doctors surgery, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants with take-away facilities, scooter and quad-bike hire, local bars and some excellent restaurants and traditional tavernas.

Situated on the 1st floor, these two bedroom apartments offer very comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 6 people per apartment who are more than welcome to take advantage of the modern well equipped kitchen, enjoy meals on the pool facing balcony and then relax in the open plan interior lounge which offers a flat screen TV and a Playstation which plays DVD's.

In addition to the main family bathroom the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with its own sink and WC and a double bed and the second bedroom has its own balcony and two single beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. There is an elevator which offers easy access and there is also provision for private parking if car hire is required. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of the state of the art gymnasium and sauna as well as the large communal pool and Jacuzzi which are all available at no extra cost.

Kiti offers all visitors an opportunity to sample local Cypriot culture and nearby places of interest include the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angeloktisti Church with its rare 6th century Byzantine mosaics and its annual St. Mary street festival which takes place during August.

This charming location will appeal to all visitors whether they are seeking a relaxing sun drenched break or exploration and adventure. Beach or pool relaxation is guaranteed and guests can spend their entire time lazing by the pool or on the beach by day and then spending leisurely evenings sampling the local culture.

The Larnaca region has some of the best beaches on the island with most offering a whole host of water sports, snorkelling and wreck diving. The local camel park is just a 5 minute drive away and is very popular with small children and the Cape Kiti lighthouse offers some beautiful sunsets for sightseers. The nearest water theme parks and funfair can be found in Ayia Napa which is just a 20 minute drive away and the golf courses of Paphos are just a 40 minute drive away.
