What I like about this version is how Marco used the sandwich test to indicate which contestants were knowledgeable and which were not. It made sense to put the more knowledgeable on the more demanding stations and the less knowledgeable on the lesser. This is a great way to maintain the morale of your best, while building the confidence of your weakest.

Marco is tough but not cruel, on the U.S. version Gordon just assigns stations randomly, then wonders why the results turn out wrong.
