Hamstring Curl (30 reps)
Band Row (30 reps)
Stationary Band Lunge (25 per side) (owchies)
DB Ball Press (30 reps)
Squat and Press (30 reps)
Chin Up (15 reps)
Hip Bridge (30 reps)
Ab Crunch (20 reps)
Leg Raise (15 reps)
