So right you are. As a trainer I tell people slower is better. Concentrate on the muscle(s) you are working. Feel them Work!

This is a great workout Cardio/Toning/Stretching. Many people think that they need to go as fast as the trainer and followers... YOU DON'T. If they do ten and you do only four, that's okay. Your body is changing with each of those four. Do not go as fast as they do. I don't and I get a great workout, even better. The movement is slowed, controlled and much better and more safe for you. I guess that's why Jillian Michaels is popular. She tells you to go SLOW. Happy Workout :)

This workout is also called Kathy Smith Matrix Method Ultimate Sculpt. 5 Stars. I can't wait to do it again when I finish ChaLEAN, but use the stretch everyday after my workout.
