If a car gets a flat tire from a nail, the tire can be fixed with a kit that will fill the nail hole with a replacement substance. Make sure there are no air bubbles when fixing a flat tire by following the advice of an auto mechanic in this free video on car repair and diagnostics.

  • im having trouble sticking the second tool in, its effing hard.

  • cut that mullet!

  • he dont look or sound like a master mech tech,

  • @zerolimits456 The way he says to do it is not a permanent fix.. It could leak the second you install it so there is really no way to determine that. But the two part patch plug is a permanent fix and you can inflate it to the manufacturers recommendations which can be in between 26 pounds for a small mid sized car to 80 pounds if its a Light Truck tire.

  • @Streek9585 its a good simple quick video..lol its just a hole he is talking about...Maybe you can answer this question for me. If I buy a kit...how air proof are those kits? do i need more glue than normal?

  • this is not a "fix". This guy should know this being hes a "master" technician. What he is doing is plugging the tire. The proper way to fix a flat is to take the tire off the rim.. use a reamer probe and open the hole just as he said in his first step. Then use a buffer to clean the inside of the tire where the hole is bout 2 inches around the hole. Then apply a special cement.. let dry. Use a two part patch plug and push through the inside. use a roller to push down. then apply a sealer. done

  • Please use common sense next time and demonstrate this on an actual tire that was punctured by a nail.

  • Thanks a lot!

  • Just call me Fredo
