  • Good sleeping setup, I would get the full length pad though and a peice of roll up foam for under that, you can cut it to size, extra bulk but if you pack right, a better nights sleep. The liner is a great idea for hot nights. Great clip..!!

  • Thanks for the nice comments. I never felt the need for a full size pad. I slept comfortable on a short pad for five months...so don't want to add the weight. I do carry a piece of Tyvek that is used a a groundcloth for my tent, but also is great for just going underneath my tent if I want to sleep without my tent.

  • Is the sleeping bag liner open like a sheet or is it sewn on 3 sides like a bag?

  • I like yours but my sleeping setup was so nice I actually slept in it weeks before I left so that while I was out it felt like home.
