This was another project for school, we had to use still images, and animate them. The story is of Marv, who made his mainstream debut in the film "Sin City" directed by Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez. Marv is on the hunt to save a little girl.

  • The older I get the dumber Miller's stories seem. How do you solve any crime in a Miller comic book? You torture low-life thugs until you get your man. Except guess what, Bush waterboarded people and he didn't get jack squat. Obama BANNED waterboarding and he got Obama. So so much for the criminal justice theories of a high school graduate from Maryland.

  • @teak43 Obama got Obama?

  • Hang on, in a comment it said you used FCP not AE? Surely this made it harder for yourself? I'm not burning you (unlike most people on the bloody site), it's awesome work. I'm just interested.

  • @stevoelmo Hello, sorry for the extremely late reply, I have no explanation on how I overlooked this. Anyways, I used FCP to create this because it was a project for my audio visual class in college and we were learning editing techniques with FCP.

  • I didn't say anything about that because I hate stupid arguments that happen on youtube between people who think there right, and the people that know whats going on. But yes, Hartigan, as cool as he is, has nothing to do with this story at ALL!

  • Thank you man, this was actually done in on Final Cut Pro, I scanned the entire comic, and animated them, it's called "motion graphics"

  • AHHH.you left out his "be good"

    nice all in all

  • Awesome vid! Frank Miller must've read Silent Interlude.

  • Try using SILENT NIGHT as musical background, this was a Christmas Story.

  • Silent Night is definately one of my favorites from the Sin City comic. And it definately makes me respect and appreciate Marv more as a character. <3

  • me pueden decir de cuantas historias es este comic??
