@katey1122 no, jasmine rice is long grain ; she said in the video it had to be short-grain or medium grain so it's sticky enough. Buy Japanese rice. You can find all the ingredients in a Korean / Japanese grocery store.

where can you get a sushi mat and pickled raddish and the ham? does it have to be a particular type of rice? i have plain jasmine rice, is that fine?
