@merridew90 Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy (historically, the first five books of the Bible) comprise the Torah or Pentateuch, and it contains the covenants that God made with Abraham and the Jewish nation and the law. The fulfillment of the covenants rested in part with the obedience to the law by the entire nation. They were unable to keep the law so God made a new covenant that was fulfilled by Jesus. No one is subject to the law any longer, we are under grace.
