Ricardo's Christmas

Ricardo's Mediterranean Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant that is consistently rated as the best in the Okanagan a variety of culinary categories. This is basically a mom and pop small business where the owners are 'married' to their work. In the evening as we enjoy the great cuisine, Ricardo is busy in the kitchen and Sue is working the floor, doing what ever needs doing to make their business a success. They will have Christmas Day off. It's a lot of work, a lot of time and effort, but they love what they do and do it with passion.
Th BC Government as others across Canada are introducing and implementing a harmonized sales tax system, everything will be taxed. The citizens oppose this tax, small business opposes this tax but the government that is elected by the people does not listen.
