Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas: Aquatic Balla

PLEASE READ FIRST!
Sorry about all of the background noise. I'm not sure of what it is. I think it was the fan running in my room at the time.

This is a glitch I found while taking over Balla gang territories near the beach. During the 3rd wave of Ballas I noticed there was still one left but I couldn't find him. I accidentally fell into the water and when I went under out of curiosity I found this Balla walking on the floor of the ocean. Eventually the glitch stopped, he drowned, and I got the territory.

this happended to me but they never drowned and i cany shoot them uderwater

I don't know how but it gave me the territory. This video is all after the gang battle was over. He was just walking around down there.
