@corp2jonesa I don't know if you have a 'Big Lots' store where you live, But the one where live have a record player that you hook up to the USB port of your computer where you can record any records to make them in an MP3 format. It cost about $60 for it.

she sings her ass off. so much reminds me of Ronnie Spector. Just an amazing performance

@VirginSuicide77--Thank you for taking the time to pass along the lyrics to this great song. Now I'll enjoy it even more.

@protoville Don't let him touch your world, baby, You're a party girl Don't let him touch your world, baby You're a party girl
Little girl, look in the mirror, tell me what do you see
Little girl, where are the heroes you wanted to be
With all of your visions in white
There ain't no magic night when it all comes true
Oo-oo-oo
(chorus repeats)
-
Little girl, where do you keep those rhinestone eyes
Little girl, where do you hide those paper smiles, in some secret file
You keep your heart locked tight
But every night you let a stranger into your room
Oo-oo-oo-oo Cause you wanna be a Party girl, a party girl tonight You say you're gonna be a Party girl, a party girl tonight Don't let him touch your heart Don't let him touch your soul Don't let him know you save it all for rock 'n' roll

This is such a great-sounding song but I can't make out all of the lyrics. Those that I can understand make me want to hear the rest. Does anyone know all the lyrics?

This is one of my favorite songs.

That picture of Rachel on the album cover: she looks adorable! What a great face. I like the contrast between the white lace and the red spaghetti strap.

Wish Rachel would record again
Where was this released as a single? My cassette of this album won't play anymore and my vinyl LP is a little worn. Anyone know how the sound of the cd is? Amazon users said it was bad :(

I have the CD which pairs Then He Kissed Me with Blame It On Love and it sounds great to me. I think some people just don't like CDs. Well, that's my opinon anyway.

Love this - Rachel had some serious talent as a songwriter - she could've been Akron's answer to Kirsty MacColl.
