I must say this video is awsome, as a new pilot havent flown yet but this is a good start for me. I am anxious to know where to find the flight planning part of your lecture. Once again good video and please send me the link on where to go to find the flight planning portion.

After I did this W&B video which was for a actual flight, before that actual flight a FAA guy who was doing ramp checks approached me and asked me if I did a W&B and do I have it on me. I said yes but not on me. He wanted to see it on the paper, LOL, so I had to do it in front of him again.
I should have just pulled out this video, but I did not want to piss him off any more, LOL.

@FSX404 How often do ramp checks happen? I've never had one happen but I fly out of a small airport. I guess you can get it anywhere, though - transient at some other airport.

It can happen anywhere, doesn't matter if you are "transient". I've never had one happen to me, but he guy who did my instrument training had that happen to him. It's no big deal as long as you have your paperwork and know the plane you're flying.
