Delta Connection flight 5109 to JFK takes off on runway 24R at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Also look at the Continental 757 landing on 24L, right as we are taking off. Taken from seat 13A on N597SW. 7/11/2008

  • Im down there somwhere(:

  • I have always loved flying and for the first 12 years of my life I lived in Connecticut so we had access to Hartford and the NYC airports with all the big planes (just NYC now mostly, Bradley is a shell of what it once was. anyways...) then I moved to Arkansas and the ONLY planes in and out are these things, and I thought WOW how cool I've never flown on one of these. Then they became the ONLY thing I flew on, and I really learned to hate the shits.

  • The only good thing about those RJ's are the engines. Nice sounding engines. They are cramped to fly in though. Esp when full. And the windows suck. Too low. The leather seats smell like ass crack.

  • great video, absolutely fantastic sound! the CRJ-100ER a.k.a. the CL-600-2B19 is exactly the same as the CRJ-200 except the 200 has a modified door (which newer 100s have) and upgraded engines. N597SW just based on the registration sounds like it came from SkyWest originally.

  • is the crj 100 any good ive only flown on the 200 and 700

  • @ameya379 i know this comment is old, but expressjet works for continental

  • awesome takeoff, the pilots had a smooth VR transition when the nose was going up

  • At 1:10 it's like a race! LOL! Good recording.

  • cool vid. hey love those dash 8s. also -how far do you think they fly from clev too.

  • the 757 could have also been a flight form paris or london. at this time they still operated those routes.
