@Parag0n Wow thats kinda harsh...and predjudice. First of all, there are millions of americans how love the rx7 for what it is and what it stands for. Second, your forgetting those pesky apex seals, which no matter how metticulous you are about scheduled maintnance will go bad eventually. ...but thats no problem for us REDNECK AMERICANS, that have no problem with jerking an engine and rippin her down to her bowels, rebuilding her with thousands of dollars, just to tear it up again! @IgmarZX This is why americans shouldn't be allowed to own rotaries. As soon as an engine goes they immediately put a fucking V8 in it, so typical.
The RX-7 is a blue blooded rotor. I wouldn't want a LS GM bankrupt made engine in my Rotary eXperiment.
I'd rather deal with the maintenance, very hard tasks like changing the oil every 3000km's, using 98 RON pump fuel and having it tuned, oh and don't forget that pesky oil filter I know you americans aren't used to manual labour.
