Through empowering fair-minded clergy, HRC's Religion and Faith Program is changing the dialogue on LGBT people and faith. Our Clergy Call for Justice and Equality brought hundreds of clergy to DC to lobby their members of congress for pro-equality legislation.

  • I really, REALLY hate religious people who always say that homosexuality is a sin, gays are an abomination, God didn't create Adam and Adam or Eve and Eve (says my mom), blah blah...

Thing is, God created everyone because He loves all of His people! Those religious homophobes can't just pick small parts of the Bible over its general teachings of love just to fit their bigoted needs!!

And to think, August 15th, my house is going to have a get-together filled with such people...

    Great vid!! ^_~

  • Isnt it obvious that the devil is using gay as a way to turn religious "leaders" into leaders teaching and pushing of hate and intolerance(tools of evil). As the bible said "the devil will come speaking the word of the lord"(that line stayed in my mind for all 8 of the Bush years)

Ill live my life, you live yours and god will decide our final direction and no one else

  • No video for the meet this year?

  • @karoslif Pat Robinson is an instrument of the devil. Beelzibub all tarted up as a "religious leader." Chaiaphas of the 21st century. He is leading thousands to hell, spreading hatred, fear and intollerance. And making a fortune doing it.

  • @wtsyes Who exactly do you think you're talking to? Obviously, you have an unrealistic view of those you are opposing. Do you honestly think these Christians believe faith is all about feeling good? I suggest you actually spend a little bit of time THINKING about other people, instead of just dismissing them into baseless stereotypes. Better yet, spend some time TALKING to them (not yelling). It is precisely their sense of obedience to God and His Gospel that impells them to fight for equality.

  • if you are sinning you're not saved so your faith is non-existent no matter what you feel. Jesus says if you love me you will obey me. he didn't say if you love me you will feel warm in your heart toward me or sing songs. think what you want but faith is not a thought or feeling, it's an obedience. your so called faith is an act of hatred to God no matter how you feel. you will stand before God and shake in your boots realizing you've been totally wrong and it's too late then.

  • man created god, just be who you are just as long you dont hurt anybody and if you dont want gay marriage then dont marry a gay person!!

  • odd

  • you can put robes on to make yourselves look holy, and you can play your little happy music to make yourself seem right, but in the end your still wrong,no matter what scary music you want to put behind Pat Robinson,he is still right because he quote's from the bible and doe's not twist it as you people do.

  • Spread love... Thank you HRC YOU ROCK
