The term antidepressant is sometimes applied to any therapy (e.g., psychotherapy, electro-convulsive therapy, acupuncture) or process (e.g., sleep disruption, increased light levels, regular exercise) found to improve a clinically depressed mood.

I was raised in a bad abusive, evil parents, who loved the Bar, Booze, and all the wicked things that go along with it. Yes, it destroys you, your family and every human you encounter in the near future. I had a hard/bad childhood, so yes I know what alcohol does to you. I was affected by it and I am learning from the parents mistakes.
