We are watching how to prepare Kurdish style Dolma.
What better way to spend a Friday morning than making stuffed vegetables and leaves? A trip to Erbil, capital of the Kurdish Regional Government in Northern Iraq teaches us the many steps of this tasty meal.

  • i am an Azari man from Iran and we have different type of dolma, but i really want to taste this one and i think it must be very delicious, dolma is a Turkish name but it doesn't mean that Kurdish people can't make it better, we are human and we learn things from each other, this is not related to nation or ethnic, i hope one day we all learn that instead of accusing and blaming others, try to communicate, educate and understand from each other in order to growth and evolvement.
