Hello. I know you posted your message 4 months ago, but I thought I would let you know that my mum's sister was killed at Upper North Street in this incident. Her name is also on the memorial in Poplar Park.
There's an up-an-coming female footballer from Poplar that drew me to research this town...and I'm so glad I saw this video and am now further educated
Wow, I had no idea that these children suffered the first effects of the very first blitz. Thanks a lot for posting...They don't show things like this on TV in the states ever.

Thank you for this video. My grandmother's sister is one of the children who died in that bomb blast, her name is on the memorial. She was 5 yrs old.
