  • We all can notice the importance of frangible roof design in API tanks, in the event of excessive internal pressure or lighting bolt strike like in this video how shell-roof joint exploded keeping the shell to bottom plate joint intact and kept the fluid volume in the tank.

  • How can I get a copy of this for Fire Training purposes? Don't really need anything more than the tank when the roof lifts up, few seconds either side of that would be great. Thanks
