Destiny of an Emperor (Part 20): Zhuge Liang and Pang Tong

You'll have to go back and forth a bit to find Zhuge Liang, so pack a few gullwings.
Also, Pang Tong should be available in random encounters in Jing Zhou, and I just happened to run into him here! He has powerful tactics, but if you are not near water, he won't be able to use one of them.
