Jonathan Richman - He Gave Us the Wine to Taste it (live Athens 2009)

Last night at Jonathan Richman's gig in Athens. Rodeo Club. Tommy Larkins was at the drums.
Almost two hours along with Jonathan's music. Tender were his songs, as always and pretty hot the night. Not just cause the Fun we all had but also cause mr Richman did want NO FAN and no airconditions to avoid the white noise on his acoustic set list.
I just post his "He Gave Us the Wine to Taste it" although i wanted to upload "Pablo Picasso" & "I was dancing in a lesbian bar". I may do it in the future.

wow. i went to school in athens. and i loved it. but what a bunch of assholes just talking the whole time. i saw him perform this in new york a couple weeks ago and you could hear a pin drop.
