Mickey Mouse was created beacuse Walt Disney himself was afraid of mice.

mickey mouse used to be awesome back in the day. have you seen him now? he's turned into some pre school barney show. when i was a kid i didn't want to count to ten in a colourful way i wanted to see tom and jerry and the 1930s mickey mouse doing funny things that still make me laugh today.
parents who wrap their kids in cotton wool are too blame for this.
