@TheVerbalTypo It is NOT littering. It is a piece of mail, not rubbish that has been discarded onto the ground. If putting a letter on the ground is littering then throwing newspapers onto peoples lawns is littering too.

I just saw this. It's a sweet concept but I don't know. Personally, if I picked up an envelope and it says that, I wouldn't really feel all that special because then I know that it's not for me. I'd rather just slip in people's bags to they would feel like it really is for them (because it is).
